All Units processed within our facility are fully function tested , sanitized and sorted according to their grading condition , Model , storage , color and other defying factors.

What are the different grade meanings?Please review our Grading Scale for different conditions of devices we sell, In the case you require further clarification. Any of our sales representatives would be glad to clarify things for you.

How do I create an account ?Simply complete our Customer Application form to receive access to fully create an account , this will provide you access to our inventory page including checkout options , and enable purchasing on your end. Once Application is completed Review may take 1-2 business days , Then you are all set.

Do you provide warranty ?Yes – We provide a 30 day standard warranty for our customers, backed by a hassle free return policy.

Are devices checked for OEM Parts?Yes , We do guarantee all devices to have OEM Parts unless stated

Are devices checked for Battery health?Yes , all functional grades are provided with 80%+ battery health, We do have BT Grade which hosts all devices under the parameter of 80% Battery health.

How can I review pricing?Prices are listed on our Inventory Portal, You may download our offers and provide submissions on devise you may be interested in. If you prefer to not use the portal, a sales representative can provide you with up to date inventory for devices you may be interested in.

How long do orders take to ship?We get 90% of orders out within 1 business day after payment is received .

Do you accept returns?Yes , we do have a RMA Policy that is capable to be submitted in the case you may have items that are defective , or not as described.
